HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE? ( 1 + 2 )

The time span for deliveries consists of two periods

together:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging

ATTENTION: Due to the corona virus, there may be delays on the part of the shipping service providers!

This will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as the order has been released in our system, production will be commissioned. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure the quality and pack it.

2) Delivery time (depending on the country about 2-4 working days):

The duration from our international shipping center to the place of delivery. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse it takes after:

Germany 2-3 working days*
Austria 3-4 working days*

to get delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
